| About | I have more than 22 years of experience working in the fields of Local Governance, Revenue Generation, Grant Management,
disaster risk reduction, education and health (access, quality, and governance), livelihood enhancement and enterprise
development (on and off-farm), project/program implementation, monitoring, evaluation, learning and accountability (MEAL),
research studies, coordination and collaboration with public sector officials at the district, divisional, and provincial levels,
community driven local development approaches, local governance, and more. I assisted line department heads in a variety of
thematic areas as a lead consultant and master trainer, including the Project Management body of knowledge areas,
Community Driven Local Development Policy Implementation Procedures, Planning Guidelines for Village & Neighborhood
Councils for the development of Village Council Development Plans, Livelihood Enhancement, and Enterprise Development. I
