Dr. Imran Syed, Head Centre for Policy Studies (CPS), presented a paper on Medical Sciences and the Contribution of Rhazes and Avicenna: Building Bridges from the Dark Ages to the Enlightenment, at the International Forum “Muhammet Bayram Khan the Turkmen and Traditions of Humanism, Patriotism and Courage of Turkmen People” held online on 31 March 2021. The Forum was organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Education and the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan.
