Biography:

Ms. Hanniya Abid is an Assistant Professor as well as the Incharge of the MBA Programmes at the Department of Management Sciences at CIIT, Islamabad. Since joining CIIT Ms. Abid has been teaching courses such as Management Theory and Practice, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Marketing, eBusiness, eCommerce, Strategic Information Management to BBA and MBA students. Among her various activities in the department, she has organized several events, lectures, workshops and seminars and has led various projects. Ms Hanniya Abid is actively working on establishing University-Acadmia linkages. Ms Hanniya Abid has led the ISO9001 surveillance and Internal Audit Team as well as the Program Self-Assessment Team working for Quality Enhancement Cell of the institute. As far as her research activities are concerned, Ms. Abid has worked on research papers and participated in International conferences in areas related to eBanking, eBusiness, Entrepreneurship. Ms Hanniya Abid is an energetic trainer and a resource person. She has given several trainings to companies in Pakistan and the UK on areas such as Leadership Development, Conflict Management, Presentation Skills, Interview skills, Effective Office documentation, MIS Systems, and Web Identity & Design.
