Biography:

Dr. Zahid Imran has completed his PhD degree under the supervision of Dr. Muhammad Aftab Rafiq from Pakistan Institute of Engineering and Applied Sciences Islamabad, Pakistan in the subject of Materials Science and Engineering in 2014. He joined CIIT as Assistant Professor in 2014. He completed his M.Sc. and M.Phil. degrees in Physics from University of Agriculture Faisalabad, Pakistan. His research interests are fabrication, electrical characterisation of micro and nano devices, sensing and electron trasport in nanostructures. During his PhD, he had visited Department of Science and Technology, Campus Norrköping, Linköping University and Gunadarma University, SE-60174 Norrköping, Sweden for a period of one year and work under the supervision of Prof. Magnus Willander.
