Dr. Haider is a PhD from University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign (UIUC), USA. He is working as an Assistant Professor (Bioinformatics) in the department of Biosciences. His area of research is Next Generation Sequence Analysis (NGS) that includes a variety of tasks like; Data storage and handling, RNASeq data acquisition and analysis, Gene networks and networks motifs, Genome assemblies, identification of DNA polymorphisms, Metagenome Analysis, QTL and Association studies.
