Biography:

Dr. Mansoor Shaukat Khan holds Ph.D. in Applied Statistics (Operation Research/Management Science & Engineering), M. Phil in Statistics with specialization in quality control and M.Sc. in Statistics. Currently, he is working as an Tenured Associate Professor, Department of Mathematics, at COMSATS University Islamabad. He is being involved in teaching as well as research. His research interests span applied statistics, spatial data analysis, operation research, internet of thing(IoT), information system security, fuzzy logic & applications, biostatistics, epidemiology, and data science. He is approved Higher Education Commission (HEC) supervisor for PhD. In recent past, he has received National Research Program for Universities award. He has been supervising BS & MS students and Ph.D. students at COMSATS University Islamabad. In his leisure time he likes books, hiking, cricket and music.
