Mr. Qayyum is presently working as the General Manager of IT department. In addition to this, he is head of the Communications and CISCO Networking Academy Programs. He is one of the pioneer member of COMSATS Institute of IT. Holding MS degree in Technology Management, he is one of the most experiences person in the field of Information Technology in Government and Higher Education sectors. He played pivotal role in the establishment of IT infrastructure at various Government departments and Universities across country. In recognitions to his achievement, he was awarded the Dedication Award by the Ministry of S&T, Government of Pakistan.
