Biography:

Mahmood Qureshi is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering, COMSATS University Islamabad, Pakistan. He received his Ph.D. from the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering from COMSATS University Islamabad in 2017 and obtained his Master's Degree in Computer Engineering & Software from the Myongji University, Yongin, South Korea; where he had been a Higher Education Commission Scholar. Earlier he completed his undergraduate study in 2006 with a specialization in Computer Engineering at the COMSATS Institute of Information Technology, Pakistan.

His research interests include Digital System Design, Computer Networks, Operating Systems, Computer Programming, Computer Organizations, Computer Architecture, Digital Logic Design, Advanced System Design, and Management of Information Systems. He has published more than 40 research articles in International Impact factor journals & well-reputed Conferences proceedings. He has also supervised numerous undergraduate design projects in which the students successfully converted their ideas to prototypes and won prizes in international and local competitions. Furthermore, he has secured various research funding from the Higher Education Commission, Ministry of Science and Technology, Pakistan in the field of Biomedical Engineering, and is registered with Pakistan Engineering Council as a Professional Engineer.
