Shakir Ahmad is working as a Lecturer in Civil Engineering Department at COMSATS University Islamabad, Sahiwal Campus. His role involves teaching undergraduate courses under Outcome Based Education (OBE)system .Shakir Ahmad completed his BE Civil Engineering from U.E.T Taxila. Completed masters in Civil Engineering from FAST NUCES, Lahore.
