​Zahra Batool is a lecturer at Biosciences department COMSATS University Islamabad Sahiwal Campus. Her research focus on up cycling of food waste and environmentally friendly extraction techniques to develop healthy, nutritious and high quality food products. She is also very interested how biological activity of edible fat and oil, dairy and plant protein affect on human nutrition.
