Dr. Maryam Batool has recently joined as Lecturer, the Department of Biosciences, Comsats University Islamabad, Sahiwal Campus. She has earned her Ph.D in Dairy Technology from UVAS, Lahore in 2022. She has completed her Ph.D research at Department of Food Science Purdue University and Department of Food Science and Nutrition, Michigan State University, United States in Year 2020-2021. Her field of research is in Dairy Technology, Fortification and value-addition of Dairy Products, Cheese processing, accelerated ripening. She is active and young researcher in her field.
