Biography:

Dr Rana Nadir Idrees is serving as an Assistant Professor-OG-3 at the Department of Management Sciences, COMSATS University Islamabad (CUI) since 2010, and feel proud to have served the University at his best during these fourteen years.
He completed his PhD in Management in 2019 from COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus. He earned his MS (Management) degree in 2008 from Institute of Administrative Sciences (IAS), University of the Punjab Lahore. He has also done MBA (Finance) in 1999 from Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of the Punjab Lahore.
Before joining CUI, he has served UCP, Punjab Group of Colleges and Punjab University in different capacities for more than a decade. His area of research and specialization include Management, Organizational Behavior, Leadership and Human Resource Management. He is also an HEC approved  supervisor. He has published several papers in his management field and supervised many MS/Mphil students. He is also supervising PhD students. He has also served as Head, Department of Management Sciences, Lahore Campus from September 2020 to September 2023.
