Biography:

I am currently working at COMSATS University, Islamabad, (Lahore Campu )as Associate Professor.
I am PhD from Institute of Development Planning and Project Management, Humboldt University of Berlin, Germany. Being faculty member, I have won 15 competitive research grants with my team from local and international funding agencies like Higher Education Commission of Pakistan, IFPRI, USAID CIMMYT etc. in the field of Socioeconomics, poverty, food security, public health, environmental economics ect. Side by side, I works as consultant / sub-consultant for UNICEF, WEITEK International, AAB Private, and Planing Commission of Pakistan in the field of developmental research. I got wonderful expertise in impact assessment of developmental projects (poverty, food security, socioeconomics ect.) questionnaire development, Primary data analysis. My current Research Interest are client oriented Microfinace impact assessments, Public Health, agroforest & desertification, Poverty, food security ( socioeconomics) etc
EXPERTISE IN: 1- Professional Training in SPSS as resource person, 2- primary research, 3- Research grant writing
4- execution of socioeconomics research project, 5- Data Analysis using SPSS, 6- Scientific writing in Social Sciences, Especially in Economics / Socioeconomics, 7- Have expertise in the field of Poverty and food security etc
