Biography:

Dr. Zohra Saleem is Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior at Department of Management Sciences, COMSATS University Islamabad, Abbottabad Campus. She has done her PhD in Human Resource Management from Hohai University, China. She mainly teaches Undergraduate and Graduate courses (BS and MS) namely Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Operations Management, Research Methodology and Project Management. She has served as Departmental coordinator for 2 years as well as Coordinator undergraduate program. Dr. Zohra has served as Departmental editor for University Newsletter for 6 years. She has been giving her services as a member of Departmental Discipline Committee. She has been actively organizing inter-campus co-curricular events. She has published research articles in reputed international journals. Her research interests include organizational behavior, employee engagement, emotion regulation and work-family interaction.
