My academic journey began with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of the Punjab. I furthered my studies in Geophysics, earning a Master of Science and a Master of Philosophy from Quaid-e-Azam University between 2005 and 2015. In 2023, I completed my PhD in Geophysics from the same esteemed institution.
Since March 2012, I have been employed as a Research Associate at COMSATS University Islamabad. My role involves providing computational support for research projects, performing related studies, and conducting literature reviews. I also analyze data, prepare research materials for submission, and maintain research records. Additionally, I manage project-related communications, supervise undergraduate researchers, and attend meetings. Notably, I serve as a Research Collaborator with the Environmental and Quality Research Group (EAQRG).
Prior to my current position, I gained valuable industry experience as a Field Engineer at Baker Hughes, Qatar from 2007 to 2010. My responsibilities included managing and writing sample descriptions, preparing geological reports, and troubleshooting wellsite equipment. I also possess knowledge of wireline operations and core sample analysis.
