Biography:

M. Waqas is working as lecturer of marketing at CIIT Islamabad since 2011. He also served the same organisation as Research Associate for a year. He has been teaching modules such as Brand Management, Advertising and Event Management, Entrepreneurship, Consumer Behaviour,and New Product Development to undergraduate programs. His area of interest for research include services recovery, brand equity, social media brand communities, and consumer attitude.
