Biography:

Dr. Salman Khan received his Ph.D from Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad, in the field of Quantum Games and Quantum Information Theory. The areas of his research expertise comprises, mathematical modeling of quantum games, entanglement quantification, environmental influences on quantum systems and information processing in relativistic noninertial frames, quantum optics and quantum correlations in strongly correlated many particles systems. He has teaching experience that spans over a period of more than a decade. Prior to joining COMSATS Institute of Information Technology, Islamabad as Assistant Professor, he worked as Assistant Professor and as lecturer in physics at different colleges of KP. He is the author of three books, written for the level of BSc/BS students.
