Biography:
Dr. Sundus Khalid is a faculty member at COMSATS University Islamabad with over 12 years of academic, research, and administrative experience. She holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Iqra University, Islamabad, and a Master’s in Management Sciences from COMSATS Institute of Information Technology, where she was awarded the Campus Gold Medal in her BS (Business Administration) for exceptional academic performance. Her career began as a Research Associate at CIIT Islamabad, laying the foundation for a strong research-oriented trajectory.
Her scholarly interests encompass employee well-being, the work–family interface, organizational behavior, and gender and workplace studies, particularly within the context of developing economies. She has authored and co-authored several publications in peer-reviewed journals, contributed chapters in edited volumes, and presented her work at national and international forums. She is committed to integrating research insights into teaching, fostering critical thinking, and mentoring undergraduate researchers.
She is proficient in a range of research and analytical tools, including SPSS, AMOS, SmartPLS, and NVivo, and is skilled in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. Her expertise extends to survey design, scale adaptation, and advanced statistical analysis. She is also experienced in curriculum design, academic quality assurance, and student mentoring, contributing to the development of a collaborative and research-driven academic environment.
