Dr. Sulma Rashid is a Tenured Associate Professor at COMSATS University Islamabad, Wah Campus, Pakistan. She completed her Ph.D. at the University of Teknologi Malaysia, Johor Bahru, and earned her M.S. in Computer Science from Iqra University, Karachi, in 2007. Additionally, she holds an MCS in Computer Science from the University of Arid Agriculture, Rawalpindi, obtained in 2001. Dr. Sulma Rashid began her tenure at the Department of Computer Science, COMSATS Institute of Information Technology, Wah Cantt, in September 2001 as a Lecturer and served as an Assistant Professor from March 2007 to May 2022. Her research interests encompass Computer Networks, Distributed Systems, Mobile Computing, Delay Tolerant Networks, Buffer Management Policies, Cybersecurity, IoT, and Routing Protocols. She has published numerous research papers in esteemed international journals and conferences, including Elsevier's Journal of Network and Computer Applications and Springer Journals such as Wireless Personal Communications, Wireless Networks, and Cluster Computing. Dr. Sulma Rashid also actively contributes as a reviewer for prominent journals, including Wireless Personal Communications, Journal of Network and Computer Applications, IET Networks, Journal of Computer Science and Technology, Journal of Computational Methods in Sciences and Engineering (JCMSE) by IOS Press, and IEEE Vehicular Networks.
