Dr. Adnan Nawaz is an Associate Professor and Chairperson of the Department of Civil Engineering at COMSATS University Islamabad, Wah Campus. With a distinguished academic background, including a Doctor of Engineering from the Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand, Dr. Nawaz has over a decade of experience in teaching, research, and consultancy. His expertise lies in structural engineering, sustainable construction materials, and advanced concrete technology, with a strong focus on incorporating waste and recycled materials into cement composites. Dr. Nawaz has published extensively in high-impact journals, collaborated on national and international research projects, and secured significant research funding. As a dedicated educator and mentor, he has supervised numerous graduate students and actively contributed to curriculum development, quality assurance, and accreditation processes in civil engineering education.
