Dr. Muhammad Aamir Saeed is an accomplished
academic and researcher specializing in Project
Management, Operations Management, and Total Quality Management.
Currently serving as an Assistant
Professor at COMSATS University Islamabad, he has extensive
experience in teaching, research
supervision, and academic administration.
With a PhD
in Project Management from Nankai University, China, and a
strong background in Total Quality
Management and Operations Research, Dr. Muhammad Aamir has contributed
significantly to scholarly research, with numerous publications in high-impact
journals. His research focuses on organizational
flexibility, innovation management, risk management, organizational resilience,
industry 4.0 and 5.0, organizational intelligence and project success factors.
Beyond academia, he has extensive industrial
experience, having worked with the Planning and Development (P&D), Government
of the Punjab, Pakistan, where he contributed to strategic policy-making,
project monitoring and evaluation and resource management. He also served as a Program Coordinator at
the Association (AFAQ), focusing on quality management system and educational
program development. Dr. Aamir is an IRCA Certified Lead Auditor for ISO
9001:2015 and has participated in various international research collaborations
and conferences. As an active member
of professional societies like the Production & Operations Management Society
(POMS), he is dedicated to bridging the gap between academia
and industry, fostering innovation, and improving project management practices.
