Dr. Mushtaq Ahmad is working as Principal Engineer at Comsats University Islamabad, Wah Campus. He possesses PhD Degree in Electrical Engineering along with double Masters degrees from renowned universities of the World in Electrical Engineering and Telecom Management. Dr. Ahmad has extensive industry experience encompassing policy formulation, regulation and operations.
