Biography:

SHERAZ ANJUM received the degree of PhD Engineering in Microelectronics from Institute of Microelectronics, Graduate University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China, in 2008, the degree of M.Sc Computer Engineering from University of Engineering and Technology, Taxila, Pakistan, in 2005 and M.Sc. in Electronics from Quaid-E-Azam University, Islamabad, Pakistan, in 1999. His Ph.D. thesis was supervised by Dr. Chen Jie and M.S thesis by Dr. Shoab A. Khan. Between 1999 to 2001, he worked for Barani Institute of Information Technology as Research Associate. From 2001 to 2005 and 2008 to 2012 he served in COMSATS Institute of Information Technology, Wah Cantt, Pakistan as Lecturer and Assistant Professor respectively. In 2012 he was promoted to Associate Professor. Currently he is working as Professor and Head Department of Computer Science at COMSATS University Islamabad, Wah Campus, Pakistan. He has about 25 years of teaching and research experience. From 2010 to 2018, he served in the TPC of the international conference FIT. He is currently serving as a reviewer of different journals of international repute. From 2015 to 2022 he was a member of IET, an executive member of IET Islamabad local network and registered as Chartered Engineer with ECUK. He is also registered with Pakistan Engineering Council. His research interests include but not limited to Design and Analysis of Networks on Chip Architectures and Algorithms, Multi-Processor Heterogeneous Computing, Internet of Things, Intelligent Transport System, Image Steganography Techniques, Wired and Wireless Networks  and Computer Architecture.
