Biography:

Being a self-motivated, deadline lover and dedicated professional I have expertise in four main areas i.e. Academia and Research; HR/Management Consultancy for Social Sector (NGOs/NPOs); Student Financial Aid Planning and Management: and career and life counselling. As an academician and researcher I am active since 2011, have several publications on my credit which include one monograph (book) as well along with a dozen peer reviewed international and national conference papers. I am also awarded Fellowship by Advance Consortium on Cooperation, Conflict and Complexity, Earth Institute, Colombia University New York – USA for attending 28th International Association of Conflict Management Conference Florida – USA this year (June-July 2015). I am member of British Academy of Management (BAM)-UK, International Academy of Social Sciences -Bangkok and International Association of Conflict Management (IACM) –USA. I am at reviewer panel of Negotiation and Conflict Management Research – NCMR, an ISI indexed Impact Factor (Thomson Reuters/Web of Science). My doctoral thesis is in progress in the area of organizationally psychology. My MS is in Conflict Management with a Gold Medal and MBA (HRM) from IMSciences, Peshawar. I have hand on command on and certifications in quantitative (e.g. SPSS, Gretl, AMOS, LISERL, STATA), qualitative (e.g. NVIVO, Leximancer), and other research related softwares (e.f. EnDNote, La Tex). I am also supervising and assisting masters’ students in behavioural, social and management sciences. As HR/Management practitioner, I have worked in different capacities. I have certifications from National Productivity Organization and Pakistan and Asian Productivity Organization – Japan along. I have been associated with different National and local NGOs for their HR-Manual and Policies development, T & D planning and delivering, Organizational Diagnosis and Development activities, Project Designing and Proposal Writing, M & E consultant and much more. As a Student Financial Aid practitioner, I was associated with the Grants Office of IMSciences, Grants, Placement and Academic Advancement Office of Peshawar Business Schools and some other HEIs. I was also part of the team which developed the practicing model of financial aid, career counselling and advancement in Public Sector HEIs under the umbrella of HEC. Last but not the least, I am also certified Career Counsellor and an Associate of Institute of Career Certification International (ICCI) - USA. I have worked as Career and Life Counsellor with different HEIs like IMSciences, COMSATS, Peshawar Business School and NGOs like HDO-Peshawar, ROSE-Chitral, Alqalam- Chitral and many more.
