Biography:

Dr. Danish Farooq has been working as an Assistant Professor in the Civil Engineering department at COMSATS University Islamabd, Wah campus, for the past four years. He is highly skilled and results oriented professional with solid academic preparation, holding a Doctoral degree from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics (BME), Hungary. He has published more then 30 research articles in international peer reviewed journals and participated in four international conferences. He received an award of honorarium in appreciation of his academic and research performance during 2023-2024 year. His research interests include transport modelling, driver behavior, ITS, autonomous vehicles, traffic risk management and pavement materials.
