Biography:

Mr. Muhammad Usman is a dedicated, resourceful and goal driven individual with a passion for teaching and research. He is currently pursing his Ph.D. in Management Sciences with specialization in Human Resource Management/Organizational Behavior. Before this, he completed his MS Management Sciences degree in 2015 with distinction. His research interests include Multilevel employee performance, Safety Leadership, Employee health and safety, Islamic work ethics and peculiar employee behaviors in Pakistani organizations.
Mr. Muhammad Usman joined COMSATS University, Islamabad, Attock Campus in July 2015 as a Research Associate in the department of Management Sciences. Afterwards, he was promoted to the post of Lecturer in September 2016. Since joining CUI Attock, he has been involved in teaching variety of courses ranging from basic level subjects like Introduction to Business to specialization subjects like Performance and Career Management. 
Additionally, since his joining, Mr. Usman has been actively involved in various departmental administrative activities including Coordination of MS and MPA Program. He has also remained part of various departmental and campus level committees like Coordination Committee, Internship Committee, DARC, CARC, Sports Committee etc both as member and Convener.      
Along with teaching, Mr. Usman also possess experience working as an HR professional in the Pakistani corporate sector with organizations like Peak Freans and PTCL.
