Dr. Muhammad Ayub has completed Ph.D. degree in English language and literature from National University of Modern Languages Islamabad. He did his Masters in English from Islamia University Bhawalpur. BA from university of the Punjab Lahore. He is serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Sciences at COMSATS UNIVERSITY ISLAMABAD, ATTOCK CAMPUS since July, 2015to date. He has contributed to the University and research communities in four important areas during his service working under the Tenure Track System (TTS): (1) Creation of a research environment through active research on an individual and team level and publishing multiple research papers (Impact factor and Non-impact factor) in a variety of disciplines such language, literature and psychology of language and so on, thus meeting the university employment and Higher Education Commission (HEC) Pakistan requirements under TTS. (2) He has adeptly taught various courses like English comprehension and composition, Report Writing Skill, Business Communication Skills, Intro to Psychology and Intro to Sociology at the undergraduate (BSBA, BAF, & MPA) (3) He has also supervised the research activity of Master of Science (MS) Research Scholars. All of the students under his supervision has successfully finished and defended their research projects, with a select number of them publishing research publications based on their theses in prestigious national and international journals. Dr. Muhammad Ayub was a persistent source of encouragement for them, encouraging them to attend various research-focused conferences that were held from time to time. (4) He has been evaluating students, mentoring teachers and students, organizing various events, and performing administrative duties such as Departmental Coordinating Officer (DCO). He will continue to contribute to all of the above-mentioned four areas in the near future, while also being prepared to take on any other responsibilities in the department that are within his capacity and caliber. His primary concentration is research, which consumes the majority of his time and effort. He intends to change his focus away from broad themes and toward specific topics that have the potential to assist Pakistan on a micro level while also contributing to the global knowledge pool. Dr. Muhammad Ayub is gratified and pleased to have contributed to the university's instructional and research environment.
