Biography:

Dr. Nargis Akhtar is working as lecturer in COMSATS University Islamabad, Vehari campus since 2015. She has done her PhD from university of Le Mans, France. Her research work examined the impact of board gender diversity on various dimensions of firm performance and also on the inner working of corporate boards. She has published her work in the area of HRM, Management and Corporate Governance. She is involved in teaching, research, supervision of student projects, internships and student counseling. Besides teaching she is also involved in various administrative activities. Her areas of interest are Management, Human Resource Management, Leadership, Corporate Governance and Gender Diversity.
