Biography:

Zainab Perveen is a Lecturer at the COMSATS Institute of Information Technology Islamabad since January 2014. She received her Masters of Economics degree from Fatima Jinnah Women University (FJWU) in 2010, and secured her MS degree in Economics from NUST Business School in 2013 with highest distinction and awarded with Gold Medal as an acknowledgement of her outstanding performance. Previously, she has worked as Teaching Assistant at FJWU (2010-2011) and as a Research Analyst at Sustainable Development Policy Institute (SDPI). She has published her research work in national and international conferences and in ISI index journals as well. She has specialization in development Economics. She teaches Introduction to Development Economics, Micro Economics, Mathematical Economics, Development Planning and Policy and Issues in Development Economics. In addition to her teaching and research, she has been performing several administrative roles at the department as well.
