Biography:

Aamer Waheed Satti, PhD in Management is working as an "Assistant Professor" in the Department of Management Sciences, COMSATS University Islamabad (CUI). Mr. Aamer has 17 years of teaching, research and administration experience. He has joined the department of Management Sciences in February 2004 as a Research Associate and later promoted as Lecturer in 2006 and Assistant Professor in 2012. He has taught the courses of:

Currently he is working as an In-charge of Graduate Program (PhD) from August 2023, and has worked in same capacity from January 2018 to September 2020. During this tenure Mr. Aamer has made substantial changes and took admirable decisions to streamline the MBA, MS and PhD programs. It is evident that the highest number of PhD scholars have appeared in Viva-Voce in his tenure along with other administrative initiatives.

Further, Mr. Aamer has led the two administrative unit of the Department namely, DARC Office and Personnel Office from June 2015 to April 2018. Furthermore, he has worked as In-Charge Undergraduate Programs from January 2011 to January 2015. During this tenure he has introduced new academic programs like BS (Accounting and Finance) and Bachelor of Business Studies.

Mr. Aamer was the founding convener of Departmental Exam Monitoring Team and now involved and working in different committee/teams at departmental and campus level like Health, Safety and Security Committe (HSSC), Member of Disaster Management Committee, Organizer of Capacity Building Workshop on Islamic Finance, Organizer of iPakistan, Organizer of Managed Pakistan, Member organizing committee of SAICON and many more. He is actively involved in administration and supervising different operations at departmental level.

His areas of research interest include employee development, informal learning, HRM System and performance appraisal. He has published several research papers in reputable international journals.
