Who We Are?

The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering began its journey in September 2001 at CUI campuses of Islamabad, Abbottabad and Wah, and has made big strides in its brief span of existence. The peer-departments at CUI Lahore, Attock and Sahiwal which were established in 2002 and 2007 respectively, offer congenial environment for studying various disciplines of Electrical and Computer Engineering. Our curriculum is unique in that it enables students to learn techniques required to solve complex engineering problems and at the same time equips them with managerial and professional skills.

Our department’s vision is to be recognized nationally as well as internationally for high-quality educational programs and research through focused activities and excellence of its faculty, staff, graduates and facilities.
