CS Student trip for Rohtas Fort and Mangla Dam was organized on 16th March, 2014. About 110 students from various departments participated in this trip. There were two buses that left at 8:30AM and reached Rohtas fort at about 11:30AM.
Lunch (Savour Food + Juice) was provided to all the Students and other members (A Faculty member, Organizing Members, Drivers and Conductors). A tourist guide was hired who let the students knew about the history and several places i.e. Shah Chand Wali Gate, Rani Mahal, Haveli Maan Singh, Phansi Ghaat, Talaqi gate and the famous Shahi Baoli.
Buses left Rohtas Fort at 01:30PM and reached at Mangla Dam at 03:30PM. Students enjoyed boating and refreshed themselves with Pakoras and Tea.
It was a refreshing tour after sessional 1 and students enjoyed a lot in buses as well. Overall students cooperated the organizing members and buses finally reached the campus at 07:45PM. It was a well organized and successful tour.
