Students who have graduated in Fall 2022 and Spring 2023 are eligible to register for convocation. Please click here for online challan form. Those who have collected their degrees already OR have pending clearnce requirements are not allowed to register. However, graduates already collected their degrees may visit exams office front desk for further details. They can contact at 051-90495237.
Convocation Registration Fee is Rs.5000/- for each graduate and challan form can be generated from link of the convocation page. After deposit of fee, registrer online for convocation. Registration for convocation is subject to payment of said fee.
After online registration please get required number of prints of your E-Invitation card Please also send a copy of the same through email at (convocation@comsats.edu.pk Any graduate who fails to submit the copy of the registration form, his/her registration for conovation will remain pending. Copy of E-Card with original CNIC should be brought along on convocation day by the graduate and his/her guests to be produced at the entry gate of the venue. Each registered guest and graduate Is required to produced his/her copy separately.
Convocations of CUI, Islamabad Campus will be held on November 2, 2023 at Jinnah Convention Centre, Islamabad. Participation in convocation is subject to registration for convocation and attendance in full-dress rehearsal. So be present at Convention Center, Islamabad for full Dress Rehearsal on November 1, 2023, at 930 hours. The time and date of Rehearsal is same for all registrants.
The last date for online registration is Tuesday October 10, 2023 and NO request for registration will be considered after the due date. Graduates are required to get theirseleves registered before the due date and submit the hard copy / electronic copy of the registration form within due date at above mentioned address.
A graduate can invite/register two guests (parents/siblings/spouse) and is required to down load the invitation E-card. Guests (Parents / siblings/spouse) whose CNIC are not provided in Registration form, shall not be issued invitation cards. This office will not be responsible to issue invitation card to guest of the graduate, whose registration form (hard copy/electronic copy) is not received to Exams office by due date.
Please collect attire/gowns in person on Rehearsal Day on payment of secuiruty fee i.e. Rs.1500/- Amount will be refunded by the vendor after return of gown and deducation of rent.
