Eligibility Criteria:      This scholarship is open to international students from a developing or emerging country in Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, or Latin America, and currently live there.

University graduate with experience: Hold a university degree and some work experience in your field from your home country.

Graduate studies in Germany: Plan to pursue a Master's degree, PhD, or postdoctoral research at a German university.

Christian background preferred: Being Catholic or Christian is a plus. If you practice another religion, you can still apply if nominated by a Catholic organization and are open to interfaith dialogue.

Learn German (or already know it): You'll need to be proficient in German. If you don't speak German yet, they offer language courses to help you prepare.

Age limit: Be 30 years old or younger for Master's programs and 35 years old or younger for PhD programs.
