Description: The applications are open for the KYOTO University Amgen Scholars Program 2025. The Amgen Scholars Program is a Fully Funded 8-week Summer Internship at Kyoto University. The Internship is open to Students in any major. There is no minimum GPA requirement and IELTS is not required if the applicant studies in an English Medium Institute.

The Amgen Scholars program at Kyoto University is from 6th June to 7th August 2025.

An eight-week intensive science research program at Kyoto University in the following areas:

Biochemistry / Bioengineering / Bioinformatics/ Cheminformatics / Biopsychology / Biotechnology / Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering / Chemistry / Chemistry / Immunology /Medical Pharmacology / Microbiology / Molecular, Cell and Developmental Biology / Molecular Genetics / Molecular Medicine / Molecular Pharmacology /Neurobiology / Neuroscience / Pathology / Physiological Psychology / Physiological Science / Statistics / Toxicology.

Grants: Round Airfare Ticket

· Free Accommodation

· Stipend: Scholars will receive:

· 90,000 yen at the beginning of the program

· 90,000 yen in the middle of July

Eligibility criteria: The Internship is open to international students and domestic students.

· The applicant must be an undergraduate student.

· The applicant must be enrolled in colleges or universities in Asia.

· The applicant must have completed the first year of undergraduate study at the time the summer internship begins.

· Must have at least 1 semester left after the internship.
