Cure Parkinson’s Quarterly Research Grant Funding Programme (Due Date: 12-Jan-2026)

Description:

Cure Parkinson’s (CP) has announced its Quarterly Open Funding Round to support innovative research projects aimed at finding a cure for Parkinson’s disease. The call focuses on laboratory and clinical research projects that have the potential to:
  • Cure Parkinson’s disease;

  • Develop disease-modifying therapies;

  • Prevent, slow, stop, or reverse the underlying disease progression; and

  • Prioritize the needs of people currently living with Parkinson’s.

CP provides funding for both preclinical and clinical research.

  • Preclinical research grants of up to £250,000 are available, prioritizing projects with potential to reach clinical trials within five years.

  • Clinical research funding supports trials and sub-studies involving people with Parkinson’s, with flexible grant amounts depending on project scope.

Each application must be submitted by the Principal Investigator of the proposed project, naming the institution, company, or organization that will serve as the legal recipient of the funding.

It is therefore requested to disseminate this funding opportunity among the faculty members of your respective campuses to encourage participation and help capitalize on this valuable international research funding opportunity.
