Biography:

Professor M. Majid Khan is part of the Department of Management Sciences CUI, Islamabad campus since April 2009.  Professor Majid Khan completed Doctorate and Master's degrees from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He has been working in the academia, and has held management and administrative positions in the last 25 years. Professor Majid got the opportunities to work as a Director International Affairs at the  Commission for Science and Technology for Sustainable Development in the South, as a Deputy Director Programs with the Michigan State University East-Lancing, for three years at the Colorado State University, Fort-Collins in the Higher Education Administration, and for six years as a Teaching Assistant and Assistant Residence Director at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He has also worked with the  UNESCO Paris, World Bank funded project as a project management coordinator and as a Visiting Scholar at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Professor Majid Khan has won projects/grants from the Pakistan Housing Authority, the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan, International Food Policy Research Institute and the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He has served/serving on number of departmental committees, supervised/supervising PhD and MS students, and his  research interests include, workforce diversity and organizational development, educational management and leadership, and change management.
