About the ACS Opportunity

The ACS program provides catalytic grants to support the design, structuring, and launch of innovative blended finance vehicles focused on climate mitigation and adaptation across Asia.

There are two grant streams depending on the maturity of the proposed solution:

Feasibility Study Grants, up to USD 200,000, suitable for early-stage ideas to support market scoping, stakeholder engagement, impact and investment thesis development, and structuring.

Proof-of-Concept Grants, up to USD 300,000, for more advanced proposals that are close to launching a blended finance vehicle, including set-up of governance structures, investor engagement, pipeline building, and impact framework design.

The ACS grant aims to mobilize private capital at scale, helping to bridge financing gaps for climate-related projects and enabling sustainable, high-impact climate investments in the Asia-Pacific region.
