Eligibility Criteria: The scholarship is open to international students outside the European Union. Applicants without Romanian Citizenship: Individuals without Romanian citizenship are eligible to apply.
· Bachelor and Master's Studies: Applicants should be under the age of 35.
· Doctoral Studies: The age limit for doctoral studies is set at 45.
Documents Required:
Valid Passport Copy: A clear and legible copy of the applicant's valid passport.
Birth Certificate Copy: A copy of the applicant's birth certificate. Curriculum Vitae (CV): A CV in English or French, if required by the scholarship application guidelines.
