Role Overview:

The Research Executive will play a key role in supporting the design, execution, and delivery of quantitative and qualitative research projects. The role involves assisting in proposal development, questionnaire design, field coordination, data analysis, and reporting to ensure timely and quality outputs for clients across FMCG, Telecom, Banking, Retail, and Development sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting proposals and research instruments (questionnaires, discussion guides, etc.)
• Coordinate with field teams and ensure smooth execution of research activities
• Conduct data validation, analysis, and interpretation
• Prepare and present research reports (PowerPoint/Word)
• Interact with clients when required for project execution and presentations
• Stay updated with market trends and research techniques

Preferred Profile:

• Fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience in market/social research
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Social Sciences, or related fields
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Passionate about understanding consumer behavior and trends
